DIGITAL PRODUCTS RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Delivery of Products
All products sold on this website are virtual goods that require no shipping. The products are automatically issued and delivered to the buyer’s provided Discord account after a successful, fully cleared, and approved payment.

2. Accessing Your Purchase
In addition to the usual Stripe order confirmation emails, you will be able to generate your purchased product through our Dashboard at www.birdproxies.com. The Dashboard contains detailed activation instructions and a Discord server invite, both of which are required to start using the service.

3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds are only granted in special cases, including but not limited to:

  • • Failure to deliver the product to the buyer’s account
  • • Product defects rendering it unusable
  • • Duplicate payments
Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details, including the order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

5. Refund Approval
Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first for a resolution may result in the suspension of your account and future service denials.
