Swap blocked IPs
When an ISP address gets flagged on a site, you do not have to wait on support. The IP Refresh Pass lets you swap it for a fresh one yourself.
Swap blocked IPs
**An IP address that worked yesterday can get flagged on the one site you care about.** That is not a broken proxy. The connection is fine, the site has simply decided to refuse that IP address. The IP Refresh Pass is how you fix it yourself, without opening a ticket. If you are not sure whether an address is blocked or genuinely dead, tell a block from a fault first.
One pass covers every ISP plan on your account, and you get one swap per plan each billing period. Open the ISP page in your dashboard and your active plan is listed there, with a Swap action on it.
To refresh, open the plan with the blocked IP addresses and hit Swap. We hand you a fresh set of IP addresses from the same country within a few seconds. Your username, password and expiration stay exactly the same, so nothing in your tools or scripts has to change, the proxy list just refreshes with the new addresses.
The new IP addresses go live right away. If a site flags them again next period, you simply swap again. No ticket, no waiting, and no extra cost for as long as your pass is active.
Note: A site can block one address and accept the next one in the same range, and it can change its mind from one day to the next. Swapping hands you a clean set, it is not a promise that every site works forever. If a whole plan looks refused rather than a few addresses, use the report form on the ISP page so we can look at the range.
