1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BirdProxies services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Important: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
2. Services Provided
BirdProxies provides premium proxy services including:
- •ISP Proxies: High-speed datacenter proxies with ISP classification
- •Residential Proxies: Genuine residential IPs with global coverage
- •Sub-user Management: Create and manage multiple proxy accounts
All services are provided "as is" with uptime targets but no absolute guarantees.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our proxies for:
- ✗Any illegal activities or violations of local/international law
- ✗Fraud, phishing, or any deceptive practices
- ✗Spamming, harassment, or abuse of any kind
- ✗DDoS attacks or network disruption
- ✗Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- ✗Accessing systems without authorization
Violation Results: Immediate account termination without refund
4. Payment & Billing
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.
Subscription Terms
- • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- • Cancel anytime through the dashboard
- • Service continues until the end of the paid period
- • No partial refunds for unused time
Pricing
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions maintain their price until renewal.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited to:
- ✓Service not delivered as described
- ✓Technical issues preventing service use (our fault)
- ✓Duplicate payments
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of issue.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- • Not sharing or reselling your proxies unless authorized
Tip: Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security
7. Limitation of Liability
BirdProxies shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Service interruptions beyond our control
- • Actions taken by third parties using our proxies
Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
By You: Cancel anytime through your dashboard or by contacting support.
By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately without refund.
Upon termination, access to proxies ceases immediately and data may be deleted after 30 days.
9. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on:

- • Your rights under GDPR/CCPA
- • Data retention policies
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kelsterbach, Hesse, Germany.
EU Consumers: You retain all rights under EU consumer protection law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
