Signing in with Discord opens a separate account. Where your plans, your data and your prizes actually live.
Signing in with Discord creates a second account
If your proxies, your data or a prize are not showing, check this first. It is behind a large share of the "I paid and got nothing" reports we receive.
Discord sign-in is its own account. Signing in with Discord does not open the account you created with an email address. It opens a separate one, and that one is empty.
How to check. Look at the email address in the top right of the dashboard. That is the account you are currently in. Everything you bought hangs on the address you bought it with.
What to do. Sign out and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Your plans, your data and your prizes are all there. You can link Discord to that account afterwards from the Connected tab in account settings.
